Fall corporate governance season roundup

🗺️ Our first stop was Washington State where Daniel Kotsides, JD, CIPP(US) and Lukas Powers caught up with the Society for Corporate Governance community for Essentials Express+. Discussions highlighted that good corporate governance is more important than ever as regulatory requirements become increasingly complex.

🏆 Following Governance Intelligence‘s excellent interactive Corporate Governance Forum, Nicolas Leroux, Valériane Oreamuno and Samantha Cividini toasted to the best of the best at the Corporate Governance Awards in New York. We were delighted to hand out the best global entity management award to Prudential Financial and the best use of technology award to JLL.

📍 We wrapped up event season with Consero‘s General Counsel Forum in Florida where Nathalie Lambert, Valériane Oreamuno and Matías Barreiro Mazali led our popular workshop on legal innovation. By looking closely at cost-savings, cost avoidance and efficiencies in ways of working, participants identified value drivers to foster innovation in legal departments.
