Regulatory update – France
A new decree (n°2025-840) allows company directors to request the concealment of their personal address in the Registre du commerce et des sociétés (RCS), via the INPI's “Guichet unique” portal.

- This applies to addresses on the Kbis extract or in acts (replaced by another mention).
- Only personal addresses are hidden, professional addresses remain public.
- Certain authorities and regulated professions will still have access for legal/regulatory purposes.
