Nicolas Leroux

Nicolas is the CEO of the Kalexius Group and the Odyssey division. He develops and oversees the implementation of strategic orientations across all divisions.

Building on his in-depth understanding of international legal matters and corporate challenges, he is a regular speaker at industry events. 

Nicolas is a dual-qualified lawyer in Switzerland and France with 20+ years experience and holds a PhD in international law.

Nathalie Lambert

Nathalie is the General Counsel and Head of Development for the Kalexius Group and the Odyssey division.

Nathalie has been with Kalexius since 2016, first working on projects for large corporate clients and more recently as GC and Head of Development. Nathalie started her career practicing in Magic Circle firms and was based in several countries including the UK and US, before moving into the banking sector and teaching law.

She is qualified in France (Paris bar) and England & Wales.

Valériane Oreamuno

Valériane is Head of Operations at Odyssey. Her goal is to ensure that the Kalexius Group and the Odyssey division have the optimal pool of resources to ensure top quality services to its clients.

Valériane joined Kalexius in 2019, bringing her expertise in international law and cross-cultural relationships. She headed a cross-border team at Kalexius before taking the role of Head of Operations in 2022. Prior to joining Kalexius, Valériane practiced international law with top law-firms in Geneva and Paris.

Valériane is a French qualified lawyer with 15+ years experience in international law matters.

Pauline Zimmermann

Pauline is Head of Expertise & Performance at Odyssey. She leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency, automate processes and enhance the division’s overall performance and profitability.

Pauline joined Kalexius in 2016 and has extensive experience in corporate law and global legal entity management. Building on her experience in delivering large-scale legal projects for international clients, she contributes to developing more efficient and scalable ways of working.

Pauline is a French-qualified lawyer based in Geneva with more 15+ years experience.

Michaëlla Moongen

Michaëlla is Deputy Head of Operations at Odyssey. She supports operational management and ensures the delivery of high quality corporate legal services to clients.

Michaëlla joined Kalexius in 2012 and has over 14 years of experience in corporate law and legal entity management. She is involved in the coordination and delivery of international corporate governance services for the group’s clients.

Michaëlla holds a BA (Hons) in Law and Management and an LLM in Financial and Commercial Law.

Morgini Ramen

Morgini is Vice President, Partner Engagement at Odyssey. She is responsible for strategic vendor management, legal procurement, and cost-reduction programs.

Morgini leads the end-to-end management and strategic oversight of our global network of law firms and corporate service providers. She focuses on driving operational excellence through rigorous partner selection, quality assurance, and the implementation of cost-reduction strategies. Morgini has over 10 years of experience collaborating with teams across all departments to streamline processes.

Morgini is PMP certified and holds a LLM in international commercial law.

Lovena Sookun

Lovena is Vice President, Expertise & Innovation at Odyssey where where she leads legal expertise, innovation, and knowledge management initiatives.

Lovena has 14 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law in an international environment. She leads the development of regulatory knowledge across more than 100 jurisdictions and oversees the creation of internal knowledge management tools, including legal databases and operational resources supporting global service delivery. She also drives the development and implementation of Legal AI solutions to enhance legal workflows and operational efficiency.

Lovena holds a LLB, a LLM in International Business Law, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Lorin Quinlan

Lorin is Vice President, Legal Technology at Odyssey.

With 18 years of experience in law firms and legal departments, Lorin is the former Company Secretary for a global private equity firm. She excels at bridging the gap between boards and executive leadership, leveraging advanced governance technology to ensure meticulous compliance and integrity within high-stakes environments.

Lorin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver, providing the academic foundation to drive innovation at the intersection of corporate law and technology. As an active member of Women in IT, she is dedicated to championing digital transformation and leadership within the governance sector.

Jasmine Vez

Jasmine is Vice President, Service Excellence at Odyssey. She oversees quality and consistency accross Odyssey service delivery.

Jasmine joined Odyssey in 2024, drawing on significant experience advising international clients on cross-border M&A transactions and corporate governance.

Jasmine is a Swiss qualified lawyer with 8+ years experience in corporate law (cross-border M&A transactions and corporate governance).

Jean-Marc Panchaud

Jean-Marc is Head of Finance for the Kalexius Group.

Maria Faouzi

Maria is Head of Human Resources for the Kalexius Group.

Nafeesa Mohamudally

Nafeesa joined Kalexius in 2019 and leads the Group’s initiatives in information security, compliance, and sustainability.

She brings a strong understanding of operational governance and regulatory environments. At Kalexius, she oversees the development of the Group’s security framework, supports SOC 2 compliance efforts, and promotes responsible and sustainable practices across the organization.

Nafeesa holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
